Draft Academy

ESPN brings back Draft Academy on April 14 at 7:00 p.m., with the series once again offering “a personal, behind-the-scenes look at top NFL Draft prospects.” The show will see a four-week run of original one-hour episodes and serve as part of ESPN’s weekly Tuesday night Journey to the Draft programming block. Prospects under the spotlight will include Jameis Winston, Melvin Gordon, Todd Gurley, Shane Ray, Devin Smith and John Crockett. In addition, the series will re-air across the ESPN networks and on ABC while SportsCenter, NFL Live and other ESPN shows will feature segments leading up to and after the 2015 NFL Draft.

The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe

Lifetime event The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe is set to premiere Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31 at 9:00 p.m. Kelli Garner (Pan Am) plays the blonde bombshell, with Susan Sarandon as her mentally ill mother. The miniseries begins with a portrait of a young Norma Jeane Mortenson as she battles a lonely and loveless existence with an absent mother. Despite the odds, she blossoms into a Hollywood star. As her fame grows, all three of her marriages crumble beneath her quite publicly, including her relationships with Joe DiMaggio and Arthur Miller. Her obsession with President John F. Kennedy drives her over the edge and, ultimately, into an insane asylum.

TV Land Awards

The TV Land Awards, airing Saturday, April 18, at 9:00 p.m. on TV Land, with simulcasts on Nickelodeon and NickMom, will be hosted by Terry Crews. This year's awards will honor stars and series, including Parenthood; The Wonder Years; Ally McBeal; Betty White, who will receive The Legend Award; and Donny and Marie Osmond, who will be accepting the Pop Culture Award. The late groundbreaking comedian Joan Rivers will also be honored with a special tribute.

Suits

Suits ended its season big for USA Network. The March 4 finale hit a season high in live +7 in the key demos P18-49 (1.6 million) and P25-54 (1.8 million), and drew 3.4 million total viewers according to Nielsen. The series will soon go into production on a fifth season, scheduled to premiere this June 24 at 9:00 p.m.

 

 

 

 

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta
